I just posted an article on soulfaring to the City of Ten Thousand Daggers site. This is mostly a slightly revised version of the soulfaring section of Tales from the Lusty Minotaur without the rules, but there are a few new details. The patron-only “Secrets” section (click the button at the bottom of the page between the footer and the comments section) provides brief descriptions of the other planes of existence.
