When I saw how quickly Skaught scripted a random generator using last week’s dungeon name tables, I decided to try out php code (which I’d only hacked at previously) by writing a random hobo name generator. The actual programming was easy, but I spent most of the week rewriting about three times until it was coming up with names I like. So that’s what you’re getting instead of a new set of tables this week. You can test it out below, but it loads a lot faster (and you can choose to only create ‘bo or ‘boette names) if you go to the Hobo Name page. Enjoy!
